Cancellation Policy

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your space. Balance Due: The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the retreat start date (by January 6, 2026). Payment Plans: Flexible payment options are available. Late Bookings: Registrations made after January 6, 2026 require full payment at the time of booking unless on a payment plan. Late Bookings: Registrations made after January 6, 2026 require full payment at the time of booking unless arranged through a payment plan. Cancellations by Participant 45+ days before the retreat (on or before January 6, 2026): 50% refund of the total retreat cost (minus deposit), or the option to apply this amount as a credit toward a future Inner Mind retreat within 12 months. Less than 30 days before the retreat (after January 22, 2026): No refund available. However, you may transfer your booking to another person with written approval from Inner Mind. No-shows or early departures: No refunds or credits will be issued once the retreat has begun.
