Counselling sessions are usually 1hour depending on the issues being worked on some may require 1.5 Hours​

How often to come depends on you the client and your situation and when you start to feel and function better it can be adjusted along the way.

Individual sessions 1 Hour    $120

Individual sessions 1.5 Hour $180
