Session Details & Fees

Counselling sessions usually last about 1 hour, though some topics may require 1.5 hours.

Private Breathwork sessions are 1.5 hours, giving you the time needed for deep, restorative work.

How often you come is guided by your needs and your progress. As you begin to feel lighter, clearer, and more balanced, we can adjust the schedule to best support you.
