EFT Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT is “an emotional version of acupuncture without the needles.” Instead, we stimulate these acupuncture points by tapping on them with our fingertips. It is based in the understanding that all illness has an emotional component and that emotions are “energy in motion.” When the energy gets stuck in the body, symptoms appear. By moving the energy through the body’s meridian system by tapping while tuning into the source of the blockage, the symptoms (which can be negative emotions, blocking beliefs, or physical pain for example), diminish or disappear.
EFT is a revolutionary procedure that involves tapping on acupuncture points in order to relieve unwanted emotions and physical symptoms. It has been used successfully by people all over the world to help with issues such as pain, anxiety, weight loss, phobias, trauma, allergies, illness, and depression, but it can also be used to enhance performance and increase personal success. EFT helps clients identify and transform the negative processing and interaction patterns that create distress.

This is a holistic approach to health and therapeutic treatment that provides insights to the areas of your body that need attention by focusing on root imbalances combining both the Eastern healing tradition of Chinese Medicine and Western medicine and science of epigenetics, the microbiome system, neuroplasticity of the brain and the mind-body connection.

Every single cell, atom, and system in the body mind is in constant communication with every other cell, atom and system at all times. This includes communication through the nervous system, as well as the other subtle energy circuits of the body such as the meridians and the electromagnetic frequencies that are produced by the body through its functioning.

The stress we experience in our life whether physical, mental or emotional has a profound effect on the body and its ability to heal and function. Stress can overload the energetic circuits of the body, causing them to fail or be severely compromised ultimately leading to degeneration, pain in the body, physical and or mental illness.

The practitioner uses their intuitive approach and the innate wisdom of the body to help to re-establish these energetic circuits and efficient communication by using specific techniques, light hand contact and very gentle tapping. Clinical results have shown that once the communications systems of the body have been re-established, and the body mind complex synchronized, the body is capable of healing itself at a deep and lasting level.

Spinal Flow Technique
The Spinal Flow® Technique created by Dr. Cari Axford is a philosophy, a science, and an intuitive, hands-on approach that prompts our spine and nervous system to release stress and help heal itself.

The 7 gateways of the spine tell us so much about how a person has lived and experienced life, but more importantly where they hold stress.
Stress from past emotional traumas, the chemicals we live with and the physical stress of accidents or repetitive strain can all be released using Spinal Flow Technique.

A Spinal Flow Practitioner is trained to identify the location of spinal blockages, release the stored stress causing the blockage and restore the Spinal Flow.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) &
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy(MBCT)
Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) is a form of psychological treatment using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
It was originally designed to treat depression but has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of problems and has been expanded to help people reduce stress, manage anxiety, cope with complicated relationships, deal with grief, and face many other common life challenges.

CBT will help you identify troubling situations, patterns or conditions in your life and it will allow you to become aware of your thoughts, emotions and beliefs around these problems. You will be able to identify and reshape negative or inaccurate thinking bringing awareness and when you do this the emotional charge around the situation will change and your behaviour will follow allowing you to have new and healthier patterns in your life.
MBCT is a combination of CBT and mindfulness meditative practices. It helps to centre a person using different breath work techniques and gives a sense of calm when stressful situations present. You will learn about your reactions and by not getting attached to the outcome anxiety will lessen as a result.

Metapsychology Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR)
TIR is a rapid method of effectively reducing traumatic stress from emotionally and/or physically painful events in the past. Most presenting issues that lead individuals to seek counselling are from underlying trauma, some may not even be aware of it. Common concerns include, but are not limited to:
grief/loss
history of physical, sexual, emotional abuse
car accidents
chronic illness/pain
addiction
post-traumatic stress disorder
obsessive compulsive disorder
injuries
relationships
TIR is a highly effective technique in which the therapist (facilitator) guides a client through a series of questions until the client (viewer) arrives at his/her own conclusion/resolution.
TIR provides resolution and relief which allows individuals to let go of their suffering.

TIR is highly directive, yet non-interpretive and non-evaluative
The resolution of past traumatic incidents can create a sense of peace and can greatly improve your quality of life.

Unblocking
This is a technique to address a client’s current complaint or issue that they are having. Repetition is a way to access the subconscious mind so by asking a series of questions repeatedly it can start to unlock things that are stored in our brains.
Unblocking will lessen the emotional charge around the presenting issue, leaving the client to feel lighter.
To prepare clients for TIR we usually start with unblocking which is a lighter technique

Body Healing Processes
The BARS is an electromagnetic "massage"
There are 32 points and bars of energy that run throughout your head. Each of these points stores the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that you have ever had throughout your life.When touched these points and bars of energy are activated and it will release limitations that are keeping you stuck.
These processes have been reported to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, change health, improve clarity and more.
Body Processes help to unlock stuff stored in the body. These hands-on processes may help heal trauma and injury, release anger and eliminate patterns.
