EFT Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a gentle, effective healing method often described as “emotional acupuncture without the needles.” It combines ancient Chinese acupressure with modern psychology by tapping on specific meridian points on the face and body while focusing on emotional or physical challenges.

This simple process helps release blocked energy, calm the nervous system, and reduce emotional intensity or physical discomfort. By addressing the root of unresolved stress or trauma, EFT supports deep healing, personal growth, and lasting change—helping you feel more balanced, clear, and empowered.

This evidence-informed method empowers you to face past events at your own pace, gain clarity, and reduce emotional charge, often in fewer sessions than traditional talk therapy. TIR is especially effective for addressing PTSD, anxiety, grief, and other trauma-related challenges.
