

What is Spinal Flow:
Spinal Flow is a gentle yet powerful healing modality that works with the nervous system to release stress, tension, and stored trauma from the body. It is based on the understanding that the spine holds the story of our lives—every stress, injury, or emotional experience leaves an imprint in the nervous system. These imprints can create blockages that prevent energy, information, and life force from flowing freely through the body.
By connecting with specific access points along the spine, Spinal Flow helps the body activate its natural ability to heal. As the nervous system unwinds, the body shifts out of survival mode and into a state of repair, regeneration, and flow.

How Many Sessions Are Needed:
A series of treatments are required to allow the body to fully release layers of stress and realign itself. After the initial session I will come up with a plan on how many sessions may be required. Clients may be required to begin with 1-3 weekly sessions to create momentum in their healing.

Initial Phase: 1st session 45min which includes an assessment to see where your body is at followed up with a 30 min session. Follow up sessions are 30 min.

Integration Phase: As the nervous system stabilizes and flow is restored, sessions may be spaced further apart.

Ongoing Support: Some people continue with regular sessions as part of their long-term self-care and wellbeing routine.

Spinal Flow sessions are held in a safe, calming environment where you can fully relax and let your body do the work. You simply lie comfortably on a massage table while I connect with the access points along your spine. No adjustments or force are used — only light touch, presence, and intention.
